Volunteers literally 'drive' our organization. They dedicate their time and energy to bring healthy, home-cooked meals to our seniors. Their caring and support help turn our mission into reality.
Our volunteer drivers deliver meals Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:30am and Noon, and serve as a daily contact to our clients. We currently service eight routes throughout the Greenwich community. It takes 40 drivers per week to suppport our routes.
The kitchen volunteers arrive at 8am and assist in packaging the hot and cold meals to get them ready for pick up by our drivers. We use 25 volunteers per week in our kitchen.
